In this study, chemically bonded phosphate ceramic coatings (CBPCCs) with different contents of aluminum phosphate (AP) are prepared on stainless steel (AISI 304L). Differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffraction, contact angle test, and a tribocorrosion experiment are carried out to clarify the role of AP in the tribocorrosion performance of CBPCCs. The results show that, with the increase in the AP content, the enthalpy of curing increases because of the greater formation of the bonding phase AlPO4. Both in static corrosion and in tribocorrosion, the corrosion current density of CBPCCs achieves the lowest value when the weight ratio of AP to polytetrafluoroethylene is about 0.78. Additionally, the influence mechanism of AP on tribocorrosion is clarified. AlPO4 from the reaction between AP and Al2O3 has excellent mechanical properties and can enhance the wear resistance of CBPCCs by reducing the mechanical wear and the increased wear due to corrosion. The alumina particles wrapped by AlPO4 can form a dense and smooth surface and change the direction of electrolyte propagation, which leads to the increase in the tribocorrosion resistance of CBPCCs.  相似文献

Spark plasma sintering (SPS) was employed to consolidate powder specimens consisting of B4C and various B4C-TiB2 compositions. SPS allowed for consolidation of pure B4C, B4C-13 vol.%TiB2, and B4C-23 vol.%TiB2 composites achieving ≥99 % theoretical density without sintering additives, residual phases (e.g., graphite), and excessive grain growth due to long sintering times. Electron and x-ray microscopies determined homogeneous microstructures along with excellent distribution of TiB2 phase in both small and larger-scaled composites. An optimized B4C-23 vol.%TiB2 composite with a targeted low density of ~3.0 g/cm3 exhibited 30–35 % increased hardness, fracture toughness, and flexural bend strength compared to several commercial armor-grade ceramics, with the flexural strength being strain rate insensitive under quasistatic and dynamic loading. Mechanistic studies determined that the improvements are a result of a) no residual graphitic carbon in the composites, b) interfacial microcrack toughening due to thermal expansion coefficient differences placing the B4C matrix in compression and TiB2 phase in tension, and c) TiB2 phase aids in crack deflection thereby increasing the amount of intergranular fracture. Collectively, the addition of TiB2 serves as a toughening and strengthening phase, and scaling of SPS samples show promise for the manufacture of ceramic composites for body armor.  相似文献

目的 研究发酵乳杆菌(Lactobacillus fermentum) HCS08-005耐逆性及对体外细胞的免疫调节作用。方法 考察发酵乳杆菌HCS08-005的耐酸耐胆盐能力,并应用发酵乳杆菌HCS08-005细胞裂解物,处理小鼠单核巨噬细胞RAW264.7和小鼠脾脏细胞,用酶联免疫吸附测定试剂盒检测各类炎症因子包括肿瘤坏死因子-α (tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2 (inter-leukin-2,IL-2)、白细胞介素-12 (inter-leukin-12,IL-12)、γ干扰素(interferon-γ,IFN-γ)的表达水平。结果 显示发酵乳杆菌HCS08-005有较好的耐逆性,能够耐受酸和胆盐环境到达肠道发挥作用。不同浓度的发酵乳杆菌HCS08-005细胞裂解物对小鼠脾脏细胞和巨噬细胞分泌炎症因子均有极显著影响(P<0.01),在质量浓度为100 μg/g时,IL-2分泌量为421.49 pg/g,TNF-α分泌量为161.23 pg/g,IFN-γ分泌量为846.14 pg/g,IL-12分泌量为12.88 pg/g,因子水平极显著提高(P<0.01)。结论 在体外细胞试验中,发酵乳杆菌HCS08-005有较好的耐逆性,对体外细胞有免疫调节作用。  相似文献

为了在腔磁力系统中实现可控的磁子诱导透明、磁力诱导透明以及快慢光传播,建立了一个混合腔磁力系统.该系统由一个含有YIG球的微波腔和在z方向对球施加一个均匀的偏置磁场组成,并用强泵浦场驱动磁子和弱探测场驱动微波腔.研究表明,通过调节腔与磁子之间的相互作用强度和微波腔与磁子的耗散比,可以增加磁子诱导透明(MIT)、磁力诱导透明(MMIT)的效果和提高快慢光传播的速度.该研究结果可为磁力诱导放大、量子光学操纵和量子信息存储以及灵敏光开关的研究提供参考.  相似文献

Ammonia generation was studied in the reaction between water and nitrogen-containing iron at 323 K and atmospheric pressure. Similar to metallic Fe, the interstitial compound Fe3N reduced water through Fe oxidation to produce hydrogen gas, while the N combined with atomic hydrogen to produce ammonia as a byproduct. The addition of carbon dioxide to this system accelerated the reaction with concomitant consumption of carbon dioxide. The promoted ammonia production upon addition of carbon dioxide can be attributed to the generation of atomic hydrogen from the redox reaction of carbonic acid and Fe, as well as removal of used Fe from the reaction system through the formation of a soluble carbonato complex. When carbonate was added to the reaction system, the production rates of ammonia and hydrogen increased further. The results here confirmed that ammonia can be synthesized from iron nitride under mild conditions by utilizing carbon dioxide.  相似文献

The exploration of efficient catalysts toward hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) is still an urgent task. In this paper, Ni/Mo/Cu/C and Ni/Mo/C electrode were obtained by conventional pulse voltammetry, which acted as cathode in microbial electrolysis cells (MECs). The prepared samples are analyzed using SEM, XRD, XPS and electrochemical analysis techniques. Results indicated that the Ni/Mo/Cu coating has a rough and globular structure and presents high current density, a lower Tafel slope of 23.9 mV/dec than 30 mV/dec of Pt, which exceeds the electrochemical activity of Pt electrode. Its remarkably enhanced electrocatalytic activity is attributed to the high surface area, high conductivity as well as synergistic interaction among Ni, Mo and Cu.  相似文献

Different heat treatment cycles were designed in order to investigate the effect of microstructural changes on hydrogen induced cracking resistance (HIC) and mechanical properties of the electric resistance welded steel. The heat treating of the as-welded specimen improved the ductility and impact toughness. After heat treatment, the uniform hardness profile was obtained for the welded specimens. The removal of local hard zones reduced the risk of HIC. The chemical composition and clustering of inclusions have a deleterious effect on cracking resistance in the H2S environment. Aluminosilicate compounds and MnS inclusions were favorite sites for HIC. The most promising post weld heat treatment for improving mechanical properties and the resistance to HIC was the application of two-cycle quenching followed by tempering.  相似文献

Coccoliths are micro-structured biomineral particles found in cell protective covering layers of coccolithophore species. They are mainly composed of CaCO3 and their individual crystal entities are arranged in such a way that they construct complex and unique structures. This complexity is found down to the individual particle level and appears to have promising properties to offer. This study focuses on the essential step prior to any kind of implementation, which is the recovery of the material. It summarizes cleaning protocols found in literature, compares them for the first time for the same freshly cultivated material and addresses challenges that still need to be overcome. Further, it highlight the advantages and disadvantages of the best cleaning protocols, suggests optimizations with promising results and uses size distribution measurements to analyse the recovery efficiency. To that end, further characterization techniques, new for coccoliths, are introduced and used to improve our current knowledge of the particles behaviour.  相似文献

Alloy hardened steels offer excellent combination of mechanical properties, hardenability and corrosion resistance. 34CrMo4 is a medium carbon, low alloy steel widely used due to a good combination of high-strength, toughness and wear resistance. However, this steel experiences hydrogen embrittlement (HE), a complex phenomenon depending on the composition and microstructure. This work estimates de loss of the mechanical properties caused by hydrogen in electrochemically H-charged specimens in absence of mechanical stress but also, at low strain rate and constant load. H-charging for 2 and 6 h induce YS losses of about 40% and 71% and UTS losses of 39% and 59%, respectively. The synergistic effect of the stress and the H-charging process leads to a higher loss, 91%, and a faster brittle fracture even though hydrogen content is similar to those firstly H-charged and then tested in air.  相似文献
